Prognosis: More of the Same
My day started with a little bit of email and then a follow-up visit to my pain management doctor. He confirmed what I pretty much already knew: wait and see some more, have to be careful probably forever to not reinjure the same nerve, control the pain and limit activities.
So, on to other things. After the doctor visit, I did some grocery shopping and then stopped by our bank for some last-minute tax transactions. Then it was back to work for me.
I was at least recovered enough from the flu today to get back into a couple of coding projects and help out with contributions on them. Most of my day went for coding, except for two hours in the middle when I lay down for a short nap and was out like a light. Guess I’m not completely recovered yet.
For dinner Dana baked us a nice piece of salmon, along with noodles and corn. We had company too, since one of her friends is staying over to help prepare for the party planned for Chunjido people tomorrow night. Kids are in a fine froth of excitement already.
