Easy Day
Today was a mix of coding and bookkeeping – and waiting for sleeping-in kids to wake up. I was off and running at my usual early hour (around 5:30 these days, so not all that early), but most of the kids had the sense to sleep later.
On the coding side, I got my head above water enough to do some work on a couple of smaller projects as well as the one big one. I actually took it reasonably easy today, moving things along but also catching up a bit on paperwork.
Dinner was chicken, cauliflower, and brown rice. One wouldn’t think that was a kid-friendly meal but in fact all of ours ate it up just fine.
Got to bed a bit early to catch up on sleep in preparation for another week that looks to be rough.
