More Doctor
We had a full rehearsal of our Gilgamesh play this morning. The plan is to put it on for an audience Friday, and the kids are excited (and perhaps a bit apprehensive) by this prospect. They’re taking it all very seriously.
After that it was back to our doctor for physicals on the other two kids. Adam and Thomas are both perfectly healthy, it seems. We stopped at the grocery store on the way home for a few odds and ends and grabbed lunch for the kids as well.
I got as much work as I could into the afternoon, mostly on the project management side. Then it was off to the end of the scouting year awards ceremony for the Girl Scouts. Kayla got another round of patches, all of the kids pigged out on snacks, and I took plenty of pictures with a new camera.
Back home, Kayla was the only child who’d saved room for dinner; Dana and I scared up some leftovers for her and ourselves. Then I put in a few hours of coding until kids’ bedtime, exercise, and a bit more code before my own bedtime.
