Uniforms
Lindsey got me out of bed a bit after 4 this morning, and then went back to bed for another hour herself. As long as I was up, I figured I might as well write code, and worked on our local pack web site for a bit.
I did a round of schoolwork and email this morning, and then Thomas and I headed out for a few errands. After a quick stop at the bank, we went down to the local Scout store and got the bulk of our scouting uniforms (though they were out of stock on a few things and I had to supplement this with a later online order). From there it was off to our accountant’s office and WalMart before heading home.
I spent the rest of the time before lunch reviewing school assignments and working with the kids. After that, it was time to wade into project management for a few hours, and I tried to get a bunch of projects back on track. Things are moving along but deadlines are charging to meet us.
For dinner tonight I baked some chicken drumsticks, and served them with rolls and fruit. An OK meal though it’s always hard to predict how many drumsticks this crowd will go through.
After dinner I actually managed to write a bit of code, though I faded not long after the kids were in bed.
