Crowned

After my usual round of email and organization, the first order of business for today was another trip to the dentist. This time it was to get the temporary crown off and the permanent crown on. It was fairly routine, though there was some time spent grinding a point off the mating tooth so everything would fit together well.

After that I did the grocery shopping for the week, and came home to run the kids through some light and easy schoolwork.

The afternoon went mainly for writing code, with the inevitable breaks to try to keep teams moving along and hop on to conference calls. Right now the business is in an annoying spot where there’s not quite enough business for me to do full-time PM and not quite enough time for me to make serious code contributions – a constant balancing act.

Dana had another karate night; the kids had hot dogs and corn on the cob for dinner and were pleased by the meal. I had a tiny bit of sushi myself.
