More of the Same

Back to school Mondays are always fun when they’ve had a week off. Today went reasonably well – we kept the work light – except that Adam was pushing back pretty hard. He’s a smart boy but sometimes would prefer not to exercise his brain. In any case, we got through.

I headed out for a few errands just before lunch, including wire transfers and buying some milk. Otherwise the bulk of my day went for coding, and for the business of coding – rather more the latter than the former, I fear. There was a lot of contract negotiation over the course of the day.

I took the middle two kids to tumbling this evening. Kayla didn’t do exceptionally well; I think she was still legitimately tired from the other night though. Dana made meat loaf, roasted potatoes and green beans for dinner while we were gone.

After dinner was more work, punctuated by a few phone calls, until mercifully it was time for bed.
