Monday Again
Another Monday, though this one seemed calmer than most. That’s probably because schoolwork was exceptionally light; Kayla had a follow-up doctor’s appointment for her arm (all is well, and the cast may come off in two weeks), so I kept it easy for the others as well.
The bulk of my day went for hopping back and forth between two different coding projects, keeping up with email, and trying to actively manage other developers. I also had a few hours of phone calls starting at 5PM. Sometimes time zones do not work in my favor.
Dana made dinner while I was on the phone: chicken, green beans, potatoes. Turned out well though amazingly enough our kids do not for the most part like roasted potatoes. I went back to work until bedtime, put the kids to bed, and watched a movie for a bit till my brain shut down completely.
