Out with a Boy
Adam was awake far too early, getting me up before 5AM. Combined with the fact that this was a fasting morning for me, this made me a bit grumpy. After getting him some breakfast, I relaxed in the tub for a bit before getting on with the morning web updates.
Soon enough it was time to pack Thomas in the car and take off. First stop was our doctor’s office, where we both had our checkups. We both appear healthy on the outside, and I had blood drawn for various tests. No immunizations for him at three years, fortunately, which made it a more pleasant visit than it could have been.
Then we headed over to Pullman (breakfast in the car on the way) to do a bit of birthday shopping for Kayla, and did the weekly grocery shopping before coming home.
After a half day out, most of my afternoon was spent in catchup. I did get a little paying work in, but not much. After making sloppy joes for dinner, I decided to go ahead and take the rest of the night off as well.
