Sleepy Day
Must have been a blue moon or something; the kids all conspired to let me sleep in till nearly 7:30 this morning. So my morning web work was correspondingly late, but that’s OK, there were no particular deadlines involved.
After the routine bits were done I had fun with today’s WWD piece, which ended up being a minor manifesto for web work. It didn’t draw much in the way of comment, but that’s OK, as I got plenty of private messages of support.
We got our second spot at our storage space today, and Dana took over a truck full of boxes to start filling it up. Move preparation continues, in the expectation that we will some day sell this house.
Also continuing was work on the couple of Rails projects that are still moving towards release with all due speed.
Although there wasn’t any particular reason for it, we had another no school day today; this week has had so many breaks that we just decided to make it an entirely vacation week.
Dinner tonight ended up being leftovers, after I managed to burn a pizza. Oh well, the fridge needed cleaning out.
