Weekend Winds Down
It’s been a fairly uneventful few days. We had another batch of people come to look at the house who said they liked it and claimed they wanted to put down an offer, but word from our realtor is that they don’t seem to be financially credible. So it goes.
Most of today I spent writing Rails code, which is also how I spent most of yesterday. With all the running around I did during the week, plus Dana’s birthday on Friday, this ended up being my prime working hours. Things are still coming together nicely, and everything is on track for proper delivery, I think.
It being Sunday, I also spent a while cleaning paperwork off my desk, paying bills, and tidying up my various bits of clutter. The house itself is staying more or less uncluttered. Thomas even seems to have decided that picking up his room is a game, and gets mildly crabby if bedtime happens without picking up time.
Dinner tonight was oven-roasted pork loin, mashed potatoes, corn, and salad. Lindsey continues to reject corn, but was happy to eat some grapes instead.
