Counteroffer

Lindsey & Thomas tag-teamed me awake about 6:30 and I got back to work. The morning was full of kids running in all directions, schoolwork, e-mail and web sites. In other words, pretty normal.

Much of the rest of the day was filled, on and off, with preparing a counteroffer for the first offer we got on the house. I’d be surprised if this one was accepted, but it was still a useful exercise to go through. Among other things, it showed me that our realtor has a very tenuous relationship with e-mail, and that it would be faster to drive to Pullman next time than to do the whole thing electronically.

For dinner, I made sloppy joes, corn, and salad. After dinner, a round of baths, some rare time on the Playstation, and ultimately bedtime.
