Another Reader in the Making
Took a migraine to bed and got up with a migraine too. As a result I had to take an Imitrex this morning, which left me (as usual) spacy and wiped out for the rest of the day.
The real big news, though, is that we now have three kids being home-schooled, as Thomas sat down with me after Kayla’s reading to start in on the first page of the same phonics book that we used with the first two. We ended up with Kayla encouraging him on one side and Lindsey making “ssss” and “mmmm” noises on the other, and a good time was had by all.
