Two steps forward, one step back
Moving prep continues apace. We actually did half a day of schoolwork today (partly in hope of giving the kids something to do, now that their toys are mostly packed); fortunately, everyone got back into it easily enough. Even Thomas remembered most of the phonics he’d gotten to so far.
After that, it was off to Pullman to drop off more paperwork with the realtor, and to Moscow to pick up the RV from the shop. At that point we split the family, and Adam came home with me in the RV while Dana took everyone else for a quick pass by the grocery store. The drive home in the big beast was almost uneventful. Except…I stopped to fill the gas tank, and suddenly, after about 3/4 of a tank, I was pumping gas on the ground. Looks like a problem with the vapor return hose, so it’ll go back to Ford later this week.
