Details Continue

It was off to town again this morning, for another round of pre-moving errands. This time we made stops to drop off yet more paperwork at our realtor (finally clearing the last minor contingency) and to pick up boxes for a few large items. Then it was off to Ford to pick up the RV again, with its fuel filler hose repaired.

This time Kayla rode back with me in the RV, after I’d established that a car seat could indeed be strapped in to the front seat safely. Our first stop was the local gas station where I topped it off, fortunately without any gasoline appearing on the ground. Then we went straight home so I could make a 1PM teleconference, while the others stopped for fast food lunch. (As it happened, the call was canceled, but Kayla was happy enough with lunch at home anyhow).

I managed to get a reasonable amount of coding time in this afternoon, fussing around with a Google Maps-based page for one of my clients. Dana was off to see a friend’s new baby this evening, so it was TV dinners and leftovers for dinner. Dinner choices are declining rapidly as we clean out the fridge anyhow.
